During that period, he began investing in properties, and quickly developed an eye for what would later become the Talon Point signature approach to commercial investment property acquisition and sale. 30 years of experience, and a few years into TPC, it was time to add great wingmen to the mission, and Team Talon Point took off, later branching out to form Talon Point Capital Partners. Andy graduated from the University of Massachusetts with concentrations in Economics & Psychology. He has held accreditations as a Certified Risk Manager, Series 7 & 63 licenses, and is a licensed Florida Realtor. His 30 year career in banking & real estate encompasses diverse roles, responsibilities, & interests including starting a highly profitable division at a major international bank, mandating internal training programs, instituting KYC, suitability, and corporate oversight polices, developing & implementing a sales & marketing campaign. Additionally, creating tailored interest rate, F/X, financing, investment, cash & wealth management solutions for clients.
His industry specializations include: Commercial Real Estate (Hospitality, Health Care, Multifamily), Non profits, Energy & Utilities, International Trade, GSE’s & Non Profits His adeptness for financial structuring and vast client resources are part of what makes him a highly valued part of our team.

Kari has 30 years of business development and consulting experience in diverse economic and geographic sectors. Her client experience includes working with Tribes, Corporations, (both profit and non-profit), governments, high net worth individuals, entry level investors as well as business startups. An experienced investor and transaction broker, she has assisted clients with real estate as well as the associated businesses. Her knowledge and relationships developed over years of experience include government programs and services in various specialty areas and industries. Tufan brings 24 years of financial management experience to TPCP. An experienced CFO and COO. Tufan is a CPA with over ten years of auditing background. Tufan moved to corporate finance upon receiving an offer from a client of his, Vornado, a large nationally recognized real estate management company in NY. He has since served as a Chief Financial Officer for local and international real estate asset management companies in U.S. and overseas. He has been in charge of debt and equity financing for large real estate companies, raised capital locally and internationally including financial institutions from overseas. He is experienced in commercial and residential real estate projects and asset management, and strategic financial management and planning, including asset performance management.
